Our team meets, outside of school, in order to plan, brainstorm, and organize together. From the beginning, we established clear roles and responsibilities for each member of the team. This allowed us to divide the work evenly and stay on track throughout the year.

Chicas En STEM will organize a community outreach event that will allow parents and community members to come into our school. Our club will provide not only a showcase of what the Engineering Dept has to offer, but address the gender and cultural gap of women in STEM.
Purpose:
Our goal is to have community members and parents understand their role in supporting and providing a safe space for our future leaders in STEM.
